My name is Lauren Adamo

(she/her). 

 

I started yoga as a form of exercise that felt good in my body when I was a teenager. Over my adulthood, I returned to yoga again and again to find balance, flexibility, and strength.  Thankfully, I came to know yoga as a deep spiritual practice which continues to transform my life.
Once I decided to take my 200 hour teacher training in 2017, I knew I wanted to teach others. In 2020 I took moved online and I love the dedicated home practice which makes it easy to find your happy (su) space
 (kha) over and over again.  Each month I’ll guide you to remember your true Self; the one who is strong, peaceful, aware, loving bliss.
