 When we drink Cacao, we engage with chocolate as a ritual rather than consuming it as candy. Within our circle of like-minded community members, we will create a safe container to connect to the Divine Self within each one of us. Private sessions are also available.

To experience working with ceremonial cacao, I will guide everyone through its many benefits. The experience of cacao ceremony may leave you feeling expansive, blissful, inspired, mindful, and grounded! 

What is Cacao?

Like the chocolate you may be used to, Cacao is made from the Theobroma Cacao Tree. Cacao is the unprocessed seed. The lack of processing, and additives, ensures you get all the nutrients, and health benefits possible. 

How is it prepared?

The unprocessed Cacao, either in the form of a powder, or paste, is melted gently in hot water. It is then blended until frothy and creamy. Spices or sweeteners may be added to mask the slightly bitter taste of the seed.
